Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products

All magazine templates and digital products are delivered digitally.
Due to the nature of digital files, all digital sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please make sure to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience issues accessing your file, feel free to reach out and we’ll help resolve it.


Custom Magazine Commissions

Custom magazines are made to order and personalized for each customer.

Because of this:

  • All custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on completed custom magazines

If you need to cancel a commission before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your physical magazine arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement.


Shipping Issues

KieVine is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped. For issues related to delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
