Digital Products

All magazine templates and digital products are delivered digitally.
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link or access instructions. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Please note: Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final.


Custom Magazine Commissions (Physical Products)

Custom magazines are physical items and require shipping.

Production Time
Each magazine is made to order. Production times vary depending on the scope of the project and will be discussed and confirmed before or shortly after purchase. Typical turnaround times will be shared during the commission process.

Shipping Time
Once your magazine is completed and shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping estimates do not include production time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KieVine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, KieVine is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
